Historic Roman Buildings Converted into Hotels

Project Overview

The palace near Rome's Pantheon, dating back to the 17 century, has been transformed into a boutique hotel with 42 guest rooms. The design preserves original frescoes, vaulted ceilings, and stone columns, while adding private bathrooms featuring Carrara marble and brass fixtures. Public areas include an atrium garden and rooftop terrace. All MEP systems are concealed to avoid damaging the historic structure. The project was completed in 14 months and received approval from Italy's Ministry of Cultural Heritage.
