The main hall boasts a double-height ceiling and a custom hand-blown glass pendant light, creating an industrial-yet-refined dialogue with polished concrete floors. The kitchen island uses locally sourced Australian granite paired with matte black cabinetry. Bedrooms feature wool rugs and linen curtains for warmth. Whole-home smart integration controls lighting, HVAC, and security. Delivery includes full construction drawings and a smart system integration plan, with a timeline of approximately 14 weeks.
