Designed around Venetian traditional lime plaster techniques, the guest room walls feature hand-applied Marmorino to achieve a silk-like lustrous finish. The headboard is adorned with Murano glass inlays, creating a striking contrast against custom velvet upholstery. The bathroom combines large-format travertine slabs with brass fixtures, continuing the legacy of Italian craftsmanship and luxury. The window treatment system includes dual-layer motorized blackout and sheer curtains, balancing views of the canal with privacy. Delivery includes full sets of custom furniture drawings and a materials origin list. Construction timeline: approximately 12 weeks.
